This collection contains 37 items. Beside the handbook of recording the work, learning, mission contact correspondences, the remaining are 31 letters of Uncle Ton sending to His friends, comrades, offspring and grandchildren in His family. Beside expressing the great love, the contents of the letters also contain thoughtful and educationally profound advices. The contents also educate the collectivity, hardship stand, the steadiness before challenge, especially the sense to sacrifice in war, the effort to study and overcome difficulties in the living, self-struggle to better to fulfill the duties with the highest purpose which are to serve the country, to serve the people.
Ton Duc Thang Museum is now archiving over 13,500 objects, materials, in which there are over 1,000 master items to serve the mission of research, exhibition, introduction on the life and career of President Ton Duc Thang. From the awareness of the role, position and importance of each task, the management task of object and the organic relation between tasks, on the date of early establishment, the Museum has paud attention to the scientific management and preservation of items and materials.
